Reservations:

The cottages are normally available from 4pm on the day you arrive and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. Please telephone to inform us of your expected arrival time so that we can be there to welcome you.

If you are staying for one or more weeks the changeover day for all cottages is Saturday.

We are pleased to offer short breaks at any time of year. However, we can only accept bookings up to two weeks in advance for short breaks during July and August, bank holidays and school holidays (including Christmas and New Year).

A 30%, non-returnable, deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance remaining payable six weeks prior to date of arrival. If the booking is made less than six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, then payment is required in full at the time of booking.

We also require, at the time of balance payment, a security/good housekeeping deposit of £100 against breakages, excess cleaning or damages. This will be returned to you, in full, within 14 days of the end of your holiday if no loss, damage or additional cleaning is incurred.

Cancellation insurance cover is not provided and should be arranged independently if required.
