Elm Barn is set apart from the other cottages and adjacent to the swimming pool. You enter via a galleried entrance hall with a picture window, on through to a beamed kitchen and large dining room with French doors leading onto a small covered terrace. A short staircase leads down to the lounge – a large, comfortable room with a sloping ceiling, exposed trusses, a wood-burning stove and French doors leading out onto a private courtyard.

On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms (one of which is reached via a short staircase), a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. Two of the bedrooms have washbasins.

On the first floor there are two wings - one houses a suite of double bedroom, en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a nursery equipped with a cot and a baby monitor. The other has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath).
